Return Policy – Capzty

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange, as long as your return meets the conditions below.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, store credit will be issued automatically for the value paid (excluding shipping fees).

Please include a note inside your return with your order number. Returns without an order number cannot be processed.


Change of Mind / Sizing Returns

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.

  • You may request an exchange or receive a store credit.

  • Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must meet all return conditions (below) to be accepted.


Final Sale Items

  • Items marked down from their original price are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • This includes purchases made during promotional events such as EOFY, Black Friday, etc.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

  • Be free from Fake Tan, Makeup, Perfume, Glitter, Body Odour, Deodorant, Washing Powder and Pet Hair

  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

Returns that do not meet these conditions will NOT be accepted.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase

  • Email your order number and clear images of the fault to our team at Capzty@gmail.com

  • If approved, we will offer an exchange (if available) or store credit

  • Claims made after 30 days are not eligible


Defective Items on Arrival

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged (e.g. tears, or other defects):

  • Email CLEAR photo evidence within 7 days of receiving your order to: Capzty@gmail.com

  • If approved, we will provide an exchange (if available) or store credit

  • Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted


Store Credit

  • Issued once your return is received and approved

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing

  • Store credit is issued via electronic Gift Card to the email used at checkout

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received it

  • Gift Cards are valid for 1 year and are non-refundable

  • Discount codes used in the original purchase are excluded from the credit value


Important Notes

  • Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us

  • We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
