At Capzty, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the details below for our shipping options, rates, and timeframes.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak periods (sales, launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international regions. All international orders are shipped via Standard International.

  • Standard International Shipping: 6–27 business days (varies by location)
  • Cost $24.99 AUD 

🌐 International orders include tracking. Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.


Important Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Capzty is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees will apply.

  • We are not liable for customs delays or import duties for international orders.
